Lin-gang Special Area completed the transfer of two industrial plots and signed contracts on Oct 16.

The A03-02 industrial research and development (R&D) plot of Science and Technology Park in Lin-gang Special Area has been acquired by the China Academy of Information and Communication, which plans to set up an industrial internet innovation center there. The center will function as a national high-end think tank for building an industrial internet innovation center in Shanghai.

J11-02 general standard plant plot (201914901) of a heavy equipment industrial zone in Lin-gang Special Area was acquired by Shanghai Minlian Lingang Joint Development Co Ltd to build a phase III standard plant at Shanghai Minlian Lingang Park.

The phase III standard factory building at Shanghai Minlian Lingang Park is designed to house a high-end professional industrial park with high quality and high standards. The project, which cost about 800 million yuan ($114 million) and has a construction area of 129,593 square meters, will be able to meet the diverse requirements of enterprises.
