On August 26, Dalian Customs and the administrative committee of Dalian Jinpu New Area inked a cooperation framework agreement to promote high-quality industrial and foreign trade development. This move injected new impetus into Jinpu New Area's industrial development and foreign trade growth.
This signing of the agreement demonstrates that Dalian Customs and Jinpu New Area have fully implemented the requirements outlined in the "Memorandum of Cooperation between the General Administration of Customs and the People's Government of Liaoning Province". The agreement aims to deepen cooperation between Dalian Customs and Jinpu New Area, creating a better foreign trade business environment, and promoting the high-quality industrial and foreign trade development of Jinpu New Area.
According to the cooperation framework agreement, Dalian Customs will fully play its role in providing targeted support to Jinpu New Area to help it create a higher-standard opening up platform, as well as boost the import and export of key commodities, develop competitive industrial clusters, accelerate the development of new forms of foreign trade and facilitate cross-border trade. In turn, the administrative committee of Dalian Jinpu New Area will actively cooperate with Dalian Customs, providing necessary support and assurance to deepen their cooperation.
