The southern district of Jinpu New Area recently launched a ceremony to officially start the construction of its urban renewal projects. The ceremony also witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement for the Aegean Place project.
The urban renewal projects are situated at the junction of Jinzhou district, the economic and technological development district, and Gan Jingzi district, and cover an area of 15 square meters. As the first attempt of urban renewal in Northeast China, the projects will focus on the transformation of intelligent manufacturing, costume designing and creative industry, and promote the city-industry integration of Jinpu New Area.

Aegean Place is the first modern service project in Jinpu's southern district. It will become an urban life hub integrating ecological leisure and a commercial complex with various styles, providing consumers with better life experience and meeting the increasing demand for modern consumption.
In addition to introducing the shopping park, projects such as a football park, an ecological corridor, a belt-shaped park, a refuse transfer station, three new avenues, and a housing complex will be part of the urban renewal projects and will be initiated in 2022, injecting new vitality into the southern district.
