Dalian Customs has unveiled 27 measures aimed at optimizing the business environment to further facilitate cross-border trade.
Among them, six measures are related to streamlining the customs clearance process and shortening overall clearance time.
In terms of improving the level of cross-border trade facilitation, Dalian Customs introduced nine measures, constantly innovating its supervision methods, deepening reforms to streamline administration and decentralize authorization, improving regulation and upgrading services, and stabilizing industrial and supply chains.
Seven measures were issued to improve the level of government services, aid import and export enterprises, and improve the experience of market players. Five measures were introduced to intensify crackdown on illegal and infringing activities, and maintain order.
Dalian Customs aims to play a pivotal role in further optimizing the business environment and promoting high-level opening-up and high-quality development of Liaoning province.
