The Dalian Free Trade Zone recently revealed 15 policies to promote the high-quality development of its construction industry as well as its industrial transformation and upgrading. The latest measure was part of the local drive to help expand Dalian's GDP beyond 1 trillion yuan by 2024.
The policies will be used to support construction enterprises’ development, attract and train construction professionals, increase financial support, support scientific and technological innovation and green development of construction companies, and provide high-quality services for registered construction firms in the area.
Meanwhile, the Dalian FTZ will continue to accelerate institutional innovation in the construction field, improve its business environment, promote green and intelligent construction, improve the quality of construction projects, and encourage enterprises to expand their domestic and overseas markets.
