Huaiyin Normal University concludes 2nd International Young Scholars Forum

The second Forum for International Young Scholars concluded at Huaiyin Normal University on March 9. The event brought together 152 young scholars from nearly 100 renowned institutions across 19 countries, along with representatives from 12 leading enterprises in Huai'an.

The forum served as a platform for academic exchange, fostering discussions on cutting-edge research and industry development.

Huai'an's talent policies and Huaiyin Normal University's recruitment programs were introduced. Meng Zeyuan, a young scholar from the University of Warwick and chairman of the UK Outstanding Young Scholars Society, praised the policies, "Huai'an offers comprehensive and attractive support for talents. From research startup funding to living allowances, the city provides a stable environment for researchers to thrive. I look forward to seeing more outstanding talents settle in Huai'an in the future."

The two-day event featured panel discussions on global academic frontiers and emerging research trends. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key concerns for young scholars, including research direction, team integration, career development, and institutional support. The forum provided practical advice and positive responses to these topics, further strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
