New schools, dormitories under construction across Jiangsu
As the new semester begins, Jiangsu is accelerating the construction of new schools and dormitory facilities, some of which are set to open for the fall semester.

The second-phase dormitory project at Nanjing University of Science and Technology's Jiangyin Campus has reached a key milestone in Jiangyin, with the main structure now completed. The project is expected to cost 340 million yuan ($46.68 million) and add around 1,600 beds.
Meanwhile, a new high school with 60 classes in Suzhou Industrial Park is under rapid construction. The project has entered the final stages of exterior finishing and interior decoration. It is expected to be completed and delivered in August and has an admission quota of 3,000 students.

This year, Suzhou plans to complete the construction of 38 schools, adding an admission quota of 51,000 students, further enhancing the city's education infrastructure.
