International students explore Chinese history in Yancheng

International students from Thailand and Tajikistan studying at the Yancheng Institute of Technology, along with Chinese students from the School of Foreign Languages, recently participated in a social practice activity, visiting the New Fourth Army Memorial Hall in Tinghu district, Yancheng, for a research and exploration tour.

During their visit, the group explored the museum's exhibits, delving into heroic stories and gaining insight into the hardships of the revolutionary era. Several students from the School of Foreign Languages provided on-site translations and explanations, offering detailed descriptions of key artifacts and stories in English.

Following the visit, the international students reflected on the New Fourth Army Memorial Hall and posted their experiences on social media, receiving positive feedback.

The activity not only deepened the international students' understanding of China but also allowed them to experience Chinese history and development firsthand. Additionally, it strengthened their connections with Chinese students, fostered new friendships, and created some unforgettable memories.
