The International Education College of Nanjing Forestry University in Nanjing, East China's Jiangsu province, recently held an international culture exhibition on campus to celebrate the university's 120th birthday.

During the exhibition, students from 12 countries, including Myanmar, Benin, Pakistan and Liberia, made display boards to present information about their home countries, such as language, population, climate, location, and traditional buildings. Local costumes and handicrafts were also showcased.

The students also cooked their local specialties, such as Tajik roast beef, Bangladeshi fried rice, Cambodian pumpkin pudding, and Ukrainian potato dumplings, for visitors.

Myint Myint Paing Hsu, a Myanmar student from the School of Civil Engineering of NFU, cooked coconut noodles with broth made from chicken, soybean, coconut milk, lemon, and Chinese parsley.
