China's tech giant Huawei is no doubt an iconic brand for homegrown students.
Its popularity among international students was also proved at a campus talk held at its Nanjing research and development (R&D) center on May 11, with hundreds of foreign admirers attending and longing to learn more about the company.
International students from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) were among the participants, who, after merely taking a nickel tour around the R&D center, showed great interest in Huawei and expressed eagerness to work for the company after graduation.
At the subsequent conference, a human resources director from Huawei explained to the students the company's culture and development, featured products, business pattern, and job opportunities for graduates.
The young people asked questions and raised concerns about such things as work requirements, workplaces, payment and welfare, with the director answering each question patiently and in detail.
