Japanese students start cultural immersion in Jiangsu

A delegation of seven Japanese students started their short-term cultural immersion at Nantong University (NTU), Jiangsu province on March 4. 

The students were from the Japan-based Kyoto Gakuen University and St. Andrew’s University, two schools which have long maintained solid cooperation with NTU. 

During the next three weeks, the students will engage themselves in Chinese language learning, Chinese culture, and a Chinese campus lifestyle. 

Teachers from China and Japan extended congratulations to the students; they also wished the youngsters to cherish the opportunity, make friends, and learn China from all range of aspects. 

The international education at NTU has progressed steadily in recent years. More and more foreign students choose to pursue their undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies at NTU. 

The school is also in full swing attracting foreign students to engage in various short-term exchanges, such programs are available to students from the US, UK, Germany, Canada, Denmark, Japan, Australia, Italy, France, and South Korea.
