The envelopes containing the letter had the expectations from veteran scholars printed on it, while inside was a bookmark in the shape of a little girl wearing various types of hanfu (a traditional Chinese dress). 

There was also a postcard imitating a chat interface between a freshman and a senior student, which included a Q&A about the new student’s major concerns: registration time, style of dormitory, transport and details about various teachers.
