Admission letters with a difference go viral

A university in East China’s Jiangsu province has become a sensation on social media for sending unusual acceptance letters to new students.
Admission letters sent by Yangzhou University went viral on social media in July when, instead of the sheet of paper with relevant information on it, the school’s College of Agriculture sent out bags of seeds to its freshmen to give them a taste of their chosen career before they start classes.
The university again caught the attention of China’s netizens when its College of Liberal Arts issued ancient-style admission letters with various unexpected additions.
