University opens Wing Chun classes

Wing Chun classes have opened at the School of International Education at Jiangnan University, giving foreign students the chance to try their hands at the Chinese martial art.
Originating from Wingchun town in Fujian province, it is a branch of Shaolin Boxing characterized by its flexible style.
Foreign students who have attended the classes have said they have given them greater insight into Chinese culture.
Wing Chun is now practiced by more than 2 million people in 65 countries throughout the world.
