SEU offers training program for Sudan Academy of Sciences delegation

The College of International Students and the School of Energy and Environment at Southeast University (SEU) held an opening ceremony of the training program for the Sudan Academy of Sciences delegation on April 13.
At the ceremony, Qiu Bin, director of the College of International Students, and Lv Xiwu, environmental science professor, briefed the students, respectively, about China's economic development and Nanjing's time-honored culture as well as general information about the School of Energy and Environment.
The university arranged a series of lectures related to environmental impact assessment and Chinese culture for the 14-day training program. In addition, the delegation will also visit a bio-technology company in the neighboring Anhui province and an environmental protection company in the city. By joining this training, the delegation will gain a better understanding of China's economy; the advanced technology of environmental impact assessment; and relevant regulations, policies and standards.
