Chinese language course for Japanese students

The International College for Chinese Studies of Nanjing Normal University welcomed a group of Japanese students attending a short-term Chinese language program on Feb 22.

The 16 students from Aichi Shukutoku University and their language instructor, Feng Furong, as well as, Zhang Xiaofeng, deputy dean of International College for Chinese Studies attended the welcoming ceremony.
Zhang briefed the Japanese students about the university and the city of Nanjing and expressed his hope that they can enjoy their studies and experiences during the 20 day course.
After the ceremony, teachers assessed the student's Chinese language proficiency in order to design follow-up courses according to their different language levels.
