The Panda Guide 2026, a list of high-quality agricultural products in China, was released on April 1. A self-developed variety of grape by Zhangjiagang's Shenyuan Grape earned the highest honor, the Three-Star Medal, marking the third consecutive year it has received this award.

The Panda Guide selects high-quality agricultural products based on five criteria: excellent variety, environment, management, quality, and value. This year's list features 477 products, with only 22 receiving the three-star rating, indicating a very high entry threshold.
Yuanxiangzhi, the awarded variety, is a premium grape variety developed independently by Shenyuan Grape. It began hybrid breeding in 2015 and received the plant variety rights certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2024.

Shenyuan Grape has established a complete industrial chain from breeding and scientific cultivation to sales. In the future, the company plans to continue its focus on breeding, using high-quality varieties to drive industrial upgrades and expand its independent grape brand to broader markets.
