Japanese company to build new IC plant in Wuxi

​Sumitronics, a Japanese electronics manufacturing service (EMS) provider, will invest 2 billion yen ($18.6 million) to build a new plant for EMS business with Do-Nikko Engineering Co in Wuxi National Hi-tech District, according to a signing ceremony on July 13.
