The traffic window of the Xinghua Government Service Center has launched a raft of measures to boost the development of the transport sector in Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province.
A special window has been established to handle the complex cross departmental and multi-link processes involved in the establishment of transport companies.
Now, an applicant only needs to submit materials once to complete the transport business application related to establishing a firm.
Relying on online platforms such as jszwfw.gov.cn, the window has implemented "online pre-approval plus electronic license" services. This allows companies to submit materials for pre-approval online and view the processing progress in real-time.
In response to high-frequency matters, such as vehicle annual inspections and certificate expiration reminders, dual reminder services that use the SMS and telephone have been opened. This prevents companies from suffering any impact to normal operations due to forgetfulness.
In addition, the window promptly releases the latest policies, regulations, preferential measures and other information about the transport industry, through the government official WeChat account, official website, special enterprise service app and other channels.
A policy consultation hotline has also been established to answer the queries of companies about policies.
Since the start of the year, the Xinghua Bureau of Transport has offered tailored advice to seven transport companies to assist them in having compliant and efficient operations.
