Standard and special chain manufacturer Donghua Chain Xinghua and fire extinguishing agent producer Jiangsu Suolong Fire Science and Technology, both located in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province, were recently honored for their national-level green factories.
A green factory is the core unit in green manufacturing, with the construction goals of land use intensification, benign raw materials, clean and purified production, waste resource utilization and low-carbon energy.

Established in May 2017, Donghua Chain Xinghua is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hangzhou Donghua Chain Group, one of the top 500 private manufacturers in the country.
The Xinghua company specializes in chains and sprocket transmission components.
The other company, Jiangsu Suolong Fire Science and Technology, was founded in 1967, focusing on developing fire-fighting technology and making foam extinguisher agents.
The Suolong brand foam extinguishing agent has won considerable recognition from the public because of its high-quality products and services.
Its products have been used for emergency rescues and in national defense equipment, petrochemicals, nuclear power, aerospace, ports and shipping, transportation and other fields.
