The Xinghua Economic Development Zone, located in Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province, established an enterprise service department on Jan 9, offering fast and convenient services especially for businesses.
Services offered by the department emphasize the word "fast", where problems will be identified and resolved immediately and efforts will be made to handle them efficiently.
The department consists of five professional service subordinate departments, serving those operating in the seasoning and functional foods, high-end equipment manufacturing, emerging industry, prefabricated construction and finance sectors, respectively.
Five service teams have also been set up to serve dedicated industrial areas, the remediation of the foundry industry, the three-year doubling development plan of enterprises and the high-quality development of the service industry.

Wudeli Group Xinghua Flour is a prime case that is benefitting from the new department. After learning that the company hoped to further cut its energy bill, the zone immediately provided on-site guidance on the construction of a solar power station to help it improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Plans are for the zone to further focus on project procedure approvals, as well as construction and production efficiency, striving to create a new business environment mecca, said Wang Yong, secretary of the zone's Party working committee.
