Taixing city in Jiangsu province has moved to make it far more convenient for enterprises to handle the previously convoluted relocation and registration procedures.
The city's data bureau has integrated enterprise relocation applications, relocation file adjustments, relocation registrations and multi departmental information changes into a single administrative process, enabling companies to realize one form application, submission and synchronous completion.
The change to the services can be handled both online and on-site. A dedicated service window has been set up on-site, equipped with assistants and one-on-one guidance.
A unified processing zone has been set up online through the website jszwfw.gov.cn, allowing enterprises to finish their online processing with ease.

Prior to the reform, businesses had to travel back and forth between the registration authorities of the place of origin and the place of relocation to handle cross regional moves.
After completing the industrial and commercial changes, they also had to go to the tax, human resources and social security departments, as well as to the housing provident fund and other departments, to handle the changes in business registration.
Now, companies need only to submit their materials and they can complete the entire process through cross-departmental data sharing and system collaboration.
It's estimated that this can reduce the processing time by more than 80 percent.
