A planned intelligent mining machinery equipment and wind power gear production plant, to be located in the Hongqiao Industrial Park in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, recently received four certificates for construction in one go.
The project obtained its real estate ownership certificate, engineering planning permit, construction drawing review certificate and construction project construction permit, starting construction following the acquisition of the land.

Costing 520 million yuan ($71.17 million), the project is being funded by manufacturer Jiangsu Hongguan Intelligent Equipment.
The factory will occupy a floor space of about 41,000 square meters and is projected to be completed and begin operations by March 2026.
On completion, it is expected to produce 650 units of intelligent mining machinery and 300,000 pieces of wind power gear annually, generating annual sales revenue topping 600 million yuan.
To advance the project's progress, the assistant agent from the Hongqiao Industrial Park and approval personnel at the Taixing Data Bureau have taken tailored certain measures for the company.
Online declarations, electronic signatures and paperless approvals have been introduced to achieve online processing of its business operations and reduce costs to the company.
Plans are for the Hongqiao Industrial Park to continue to conduct specific measures to optimize the business environment, strengthen coordination and linkage with Taixing government departments and make every effort to create a full cycle service model.
