Taixing city, administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province, has made breakthroughs in improving the city's social credit system, as it ranked seventh among 383 county-level cities in China in March this year.
That was released by the website of Credit China, built by the National Center for Public Credit Information.
To improve the level of the city's social credit system, the Taixing Development and Reform Commission has focused on key tasks such as implementing credit-related policies and systems, the collection and sharing of credit-related information, credit system classification and supervision, and shoring up the integrity of the local government.
Guidelines on enhancing the sharing and application of credit information to promote financing for small and medium-sized enterprises have also been released to promote the standardization of the credit system.
Taixing also organizes regular training for enterprises to learn about credit management, and to date 519 local enterprises have joined the credit management training.
A regulation mechanism based on the respective credit levels of different enterprises has been developed to conduct credit rating and classification supervision on 16 key areas including engineering construction, safety production, medicine and health care.
