Companies of Taixing – a county-level city administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu – have been busy promoting technical transformation to promote steady growth.
Lianchuang Insulating Materials (Taixing) Co Ltd has recently been busy building three digital coating production lines, which are expected to be put into use next month.
The new lines are intended to increase the company's speed by about five times compared to previous ones and can achieve a production capacity of 100 million square meters per year, according to the company's deputy director Bai Jianguo.

Sunlour Pigment (Taixing) Co Ltd, as a professional pigment supplier in China, transformed its phthalocyanine blue pigment workshop in 2022 by using a new type of filter presses, reducing water consumption by 30 percent and upgrading packaging machines.
Jiangsu Cosine Electronic Co Ltd invented automatic brush plating and automatic polishing robots to enhance production efficiency, and Jiangsu Fukun New Material Technology Co Ltd launched intelligent bilateral grinding production lines to save energy.
Statistics showed that in the first quarter of this year, Taixing has carried out 61 technology transformation projects worth more than 50 million yuan ($7.25 million) each, which amounts to a combined investment of 3.62 billion yuan.
