The Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, recently established a working team that will pave the way for the speedier commissioning of new plants and factories.
In this particular case, its goal is to ensure the planned precision alloy wire products plant of Jiangsu Yihong New Materials breaks ground as soon as possible.
When at full capacity, the plant is projected to produce 42,000 metric tons of steel wire and 35,000 tons of springs annually.
"It took only a day to complete the opening of the factory entrance and exit, as well as the green transplanting work. The speed is unimaginable," said Wu Jun, director of the company. Usually, the whole process takes seven days to complete, Wu added.
After ascertaining the company's requirements, the zone's project service department directly contacted the company, determined the location of the entrance and exit and at the same time coordinated with related departments and bureaus to promote the handling of preliminary procedures.
Looking ahead, plans are for the zone to further extend its service mechanism to other projects, as well as establish a collaboration and linkage service model to fully advance the early production of new plants.
