An intelligent wind power equipment research and development project being operated by manufacturer Huierxin Machinery (Taixing), located in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, recently received a key provincial subsidy.
The company obtained a retrospective provincial manufacturing financial subsidy for the period of January to September 2024.
Under the relevant subsidy policy, the provincial department provides interest subsidies for the portion of an enterprise's loans used for equipment investment such as supporting software.
The modeling line of Huierxin Machinery's project adopts a programmable logic controller control system to achieve mechanical automation, with one click start to complete the task.
It is estimated that every year, it can save 2.08 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, reduce quartz sand consumption by 480 metric tons, reduce particulate matter emissions by 0.06 tons and reduce energy consumption by 20 percent.
The recycled sand production line uses materials recycling to benignly treat the dust and slag particles generated during the waste sand recycling process.
This will enable annual recycling of waste sands of 126,000 tons, with a sand recovery rate of over 90 percent.
