This year's popular Music China international musical instrument exhibition was staged in East China's Shanghai on Oct 10-13, with nearly 50 musical instrument companies participating from Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province.
This year, the exhibition attracted over 1,840 companies from 26 countries and regions to exhibit their fine wares.
Taixing's Huangqiao town, known as China's "violin capital", boasted an ample expo area of more than 1,000 square meters that showcased the charm of the instrument town.
Vietnamese merchant Tien ordered over 3,000 violins with Taixing Inneo Musical Instruments, which has made great progress in its products this year such as the smart piano, violin and guitar.
As a leading maker in Taixing's musical instrument sector, Jiangsu Fengling Musical Instrument brought many new products to the show.
On the first day of the exhibition alone, the company received orders worth more than $300,000.
Elsewhere, Taixing Kaiyue Musical Instruments combined traditional Chinese influences, such as the Chinese dragon and the Chinese Phoenix with the violin, spreading Chinese design motifs to the world.
