The enterprise service department of the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, located in Taixing city, East China's Jiangsu province, has moved to serve and stimulate the vitality of business enterprise development.
The department is building platforms for tech innovation, as well as the sharing of technological resources and technology incubators.
It is also introducing and nurturing a number of high-tech businesses to promote the transformation of the economic structure towards high-tech and high value-added industries, said Ling Fuguo, head of the enterprise service department.
In terms of talent recruitment, training and development, dedicated measures have been undertaken by the department.
They include establishing a talent nurturing system for technological innovation and providing attractive staff benefits to get a group of industry leaders to invest in the zone, said Feng Fan, deputy head of the department.
In addition, the department is also providing full process agency services for business enterprises.
In the first half of the year, it helped high-end talent from abroad to apply for over 10 work permits and residence permits to stay in China, as well as promoted the construction of four new projects worth over 500 million yuan ($70.23 million) each.
