A special job fair organized by Jingtai Road sub-district was held in Hailing district, Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, on March 12, which saw representatives from 18 local enterprises and nearly 300 job seekers engaged in face-to-face communication with each other.
By the end of the fair, over 100 candidates and companies had expressed mutual interest in potential employment opportunities, with one IT professional signing a contract with a company within 20 minutes of the start of the fair.
This job fair focused on the employment needs of enterprises and the job-seeking requirements of candidates, aiming to establish an efficient matching platform for both parties and better promote employment.
