The Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau recently released a list of top science and technology innovation enterprises in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province.
Three companies from the city's Hailing Industrial Park were highlighted: Jiangsu Zhongke Kehua New Materials Co Ltd, Jiangsu Zhitai New Energy Technology Co Ltd and Jiangsu Jiyuan Medical Technology Co Ltd.
The recognition was said to be part of Taizhou's initiative to promote innovation-driven development, which began in 2020 with the implementation of a science and technology innovation evaluation system for enterprises.
Jiangsu Zhongke Kehua New Materials Co Ltd
Jiangsu Zhongke Kehua New Materials Co Ltd, a national high-tech manufacturer specializing in semiconductor packaging materials, has made significant strides in recent years. The company has focused on cutting-edge semiconductor packaging technology, continuously improving its production and research capabilities. With an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 metric tons of semiconductor packaging materials, Zhongke Kehua has established itself as a leader in the industry.
The company says its Phase II project workshop demonstrates its commitment to innovation with fully automated production lines for epoxy molding compounds. Zhang Xiaofeng, director of the production department, reported that the factory currently operates seven production lines with a monthly capacity of 1,200 tons and a monthly output value of 32 million yuan ($4.42 million).
An eighth line is being commissioned, which will increase the monthly capacity by another 300 tons.
