Tourism
As winter approaches, Taicang's Alps Snow Live, Suzhou's first snow-themed attraction and one of the largest indoor ski resorts in East China, has become a major draw for visitors, boosting the snow economy.
Since its opening in November last year, Alps Snow Live has welcomed over 320,000 visitors. This year, its revenue is expected to exceed 200 million yuan ($27.58 million), putting it among the top two indoor ski resorts in China. The resort boasts a visitor return rate of 37 percent.

This expansion will feature the longest indoor ski track and the most comprehensive array of entertainment facilities in the world, setting several world records for snow resorts.
Culinary Delights
Taicang HIDZ is home to authentic German bakeries, German beer halls, and German restaurants, as well as Michelin-starred French restaurants, offering a diverse range of culinary experiences.

Shopping
Thanks to the zone's strong industrial base, industrial tourism has become a highlight. Factory outlets from brands like Nike and Sundiro Honda offer a wide range of shopping options for residents and visitors. Additionally, many international brand factories and outlets are under development.
Entertainment
Bandai Namco's VS CHALLENGE project, the first of its kind in China, will open soon on the Rothenburg Waterfront Street. This project combines entertainment with sports, creating an indoor amusement park that merges virtual and real experiences.
