When to eat

With tender, tasty meat, and fat but not greasy flavor, saury is popular among particular foodies. However, many of them said that they are afraid to eat saury due to the countless bones.

Actually, before China's traditional Tomb-Sweeping Day (April 5), saury's fishbone is quite soft and after that date, their fishbone would become hard and it's really impossible to have a happy eating time.
