A delegation of Japanese people came to Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province on March 27 to attend a cherry blossom tree planting activity, which was held in celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the Sino-Japanese Cherry Blossom Friendship Forest.
As one of the most iconic tourist and cultural events in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, the annual Wuxi International Cherry Blossom Festival has won the praise from many countries' consul generals in Shanghai.
The second Jiulong Bay Flower Fairy Festival attracted nearly a thousand tourists to see an array of full-blown azaleas at its opening ceremony in Huacai Town, Wuxi city, Jiangsu province, on March 21, and will last until May 31.
Marking the best time to admire cherry blossoms in Wuxi city, the annual Wuxi International Cherry Blossom Week will be held from March 26 to April 1 on Turtle Head Isle.
