Tourist attractions in Wuxi's Binhu district were a highlight of the second Grand Canal Culture and Tourism Expo from Sept 3 to 7.

The expo is aimed at promoting the development of the local culture and tourism industry in cities along the Grand Canal through various exhibitions and activities.

Photos and videos showcasing popular attractions in Binhu such as the renowned Lingshan Grand Buddha scenic area, Yuantouzhu (Turtle Head Isle) scenic spot, and Wuxi Studios attracted many visitors the expo's main venue in Wuxi.

In the interactive zone, photos of the Lingshan Grand Buddha and a popular old street at Nianhuawan scenic area opened slowly like a scroll painting on a giant screen.

A display of the Wuxi Sunac Resort provided an overview of new tourist attractions which opened last year.
