The government of Wuxi's Binhu district recently unveiled its plan to improve its business environment this year, involving 40 measures implemented in 15 different areas.

The measures focus on government affairs, business policies, the marketplace and legal systems, and aim to provide better government services for enterprises.

For example, the district will promote a "one-stop window" reform to streamline administrative approval procedures, enhance services for technological innovation and build a credit financing service system.

Some of the measures are in response to problems raised by local enterprises about disposal systems for bankrupt enterprises, market supervision, and supply and consumption of water and gas.
