The people's government of Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner in Baotou was recently honored as a 2023 advanced collective in investment promotion and attraction in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

In 2023, officials from the banner conducted investment promotion activities in places such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shandong, Sichuan, and Hangzhou several times. The banner cooperated and negotiated with key enterprises such as Jolywood (Taizhou) Solar Technology Co, International Hydrogen Energy Center, and the Beijing Tsinghua Industrial R&D Institute.

To optimize the business environment, 18 comprehensive service windows were established in 12 townships across the entire banner to handle enterprise affairs.

In 2024, the banner's goal is to carry out 60 investment projects, including three projects with investments exceeding 1 billion yuan ($139.03 million), 21 projects with investments exceeding 100 million yuan, and 36 projects with investments exceeding 10 million yuan.

Moving forward, the banner will continue to promote and attract investment and make every effort to promote local economic development.
