Hong Kong media, students learn about Baotou's industries
"Media Students from Hong Kong Travel to Inner Mongolia" walked into Baotou from July 17 to 19. A total of 37 students from 10 universities in Hong Kong and five universities in Inner Mongolia conducted interviews in Baotou, passing on the most authentic achievements of Baotou's development to Hong Kong readers.
The visiting delegation successively came to the North Weapons City, Inner Mongolia Robot Co, Ltd (BKJD Robot), and Mingyang New Energy Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Baotou to understand the history of China's independently researched, developed, and produced weapons and equipment, as well as the development achievements of high-tech industries in Inner Mongolia.

Cheng Yu-Wing, deputy editor-in-chief of Hong Kong Ta Kung Pao, said, "I did not expect Baotou's traditional and new energy industries to have such a scale. Through this interview, students have a deeper understanding of Inner Mongolia and Baotou and have stronger feelings about the country's strength."
"The city of Baotou is closely related to the construction of Baotou's steel industry. In Hong Kong, it is hard to imagine all people in a city working for a common goal. I find it very inspiring," a student from the Chinese University of Hong Kong said after visiting the Baotou Steel Exhibition Hall.
