The legal service alliance of Baotou's rare earth industry chain and silicon industry chain was launched on Feb 10, marking the first time that Baotou has served the key industrial chains in such a way.

The alliance includes legal service institutions, entrepreneurs' associations, rare earth industrial parks, rare earth enterprises and silicon enterprises in the city.

Based on the legal needs of 178 rare earth enterprises and 17 photovoltaic enterprises in the city, the alliance will carry out customized services and provide 34 specific services in judicial identification, arbitration, mediation and other aspects for enterprises, continuing to optimize the business environment.

The launch of the alliance will give play to the role of legal services in improving the stability of supply chains and the security and competitiveness of the city's key industrial chains, as well as provide high-quality legal services and efficient legal protection for building Baotou into the "world's rare earth capital" and "world's green silicon capital".

After the launch ceremony, the legal service team of the alliance held a discussion with rare earth enterprises and carried out the first enterprise "legal medical examination”.
