In order to support the high-quality development of culture and tourism in Baotou, the city has formulated a series of incentives, including the following sections for travel agencies.

The city encourages travel agencies to actively organize tourists from outside Baotou to travel to the city.

For travel agencies that organize charter flights for groups of 100 or more tourists at once who stay in the city for one night, visit two or more A-level scenic spots, and enter and leave at Baotou Donghe Airport, 50,000 yuan ($7,423) will be awarded per domestic flight and 100,00 yuan will be awarded per international flight. A total of 5 million yuan will be offered, which will be issued in the order of the time of declaration.

For travel agencies that organize for a tour group of 400 or more tourists at once who stay in the city for one night or to visit two or more A-level scenic spots, 50,000 yuan will be awarded per train. For each additional night that tourists stay and each additional two A-level scenic spots they visit, the reward will be increased by 50,000 yuan. A total of 5 million yuan in funds will be offered, which will be issued in the order of the time of declaration.

For travel agencies that are newly rated as 5A, 4A and 3A, a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan, 80,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan will be given, respectively.
