Jiuyuan district launches 1-day tourist routes
Jiuyuan district in Baotou, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, has raised its profile as well as greatly expanding its tourism appeal through the recent launch of quality one-day tourist routes, according to local media reports.
Route 1
This route highlights the district's unique autumn look. The one-day tour is better completed on a bicycle.
Thanks to the district's continuing efforts to promote the living environment and upgrade its parks and green spaces, you can always find a park or green space for fitness and leisure within 15 minutes' drive of any residential area in Jiuyuan district.
This route includes the Saikhantal grassland, which is the only wetland grassland in an urban area in Asia.
