Baotou-made rail grain hoppers delivered to Australia

A total of 62 KW10 aluminium alloy rail grain hoppers manufactured by Baotou Beifang Chuangye Co were shipped to Australia after the customer inspected and formally accepted them on June 28, according to a report in the Baotou Daily.

Based in Baotou, Baotou Beifang Chuangye Co is one of the core subsidiaries of Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group Co, the largest machinery manufacturer based in the Northern China autonomous region.

It is the designated manufacturer for railway freight cars, and is backed by the China Railway Corporation. Industry insiders say it is a listed company with an excellent reputation for research and production.

The core business of the company is railway wagon manufacturing. Currently, it can produce more than 40 models of gondola cars, tank cars, flat cars, box cars, hopper cars and special vehicles.

Its brake beams, bogies, axles and similar parts enjoy a high reputation. With the processing and manufacturing of parts and components, it has an annual production capacity of 10,000 units of various railway wagon vehicles.

In recent years, the company has been expanding its international market, and has exported its products to countries in Asia, Africa and South America.
