The 7th Golden Autumn Yellow River Dragon Boat Racing commenced at Shenquan scenic spot in Togtoh county, Hohhot on Sept 8.

Togtoh county has focused on boosting local tourism through holding dragon boat racing on the Yellow River since 2012, combining traditional culture with splendid scenery near the Togtoh section of Yellow River.
