Epidemic materials given to Mongolian, Russian universities

Inner Mongolia Normal University -- in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- recently donated novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control materials to a college in Mongolia and the university in Russia it has special links to, according to IMNU officials.

In 2017, IMNU and the Second Comprehensive School of Zamenwud City in Mongolia built a Confucius Classroom together and last year IMNU and Russia's Krasnoyarsk State Normal University jointly established a Confucius Institute.

The donated materials will be distributed to the students and teachers at local Confucius institutes and Confucius classrooms.

Since the outbreak, IMNU has received help and support from international friendship education institutes, university officials said.

As the fight against the virus has become a global struggle, IMNU kept a close eye on the outbreak in the countries of the schools has established a friendship with and has been making arrangements to provide medical supplies.
