IMNU to offer assistance to veterans

Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Office of Veterans Affairs of Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Dec 12. 

Hao Xiuchuan, director of the Office of Veterans Affairs, Huang Yali, Secretary of the Party committee of Inner Mongolia Normal University, and Yun Guohong, President of IMNU attended the signing ceremony. 

The two sides established cooperation in the future management of veterans in Inner Mongolia. 

Hao said that the cooperation will serve not only as a positive gesture to support the country's army building, but also a move to promote veterans employment and entrepreneurship. 

He hoped that IMNU will give full play to the role of its talents and facilities, providing a comprehensive platform for strengthening vocational education and continuing education of veterans in the region. 

Huang Yali said that in recent years, IMNU has realized a major change in its development strategy. She lauded the cooperation as a positive response to relevant national policies, and one of the fruitful results of the region's combination of economic development needs and the employment and entrepreneurship needs of veterans. 

IMNU is striving to make greater contributions to the military modernization of the region and the country, according to Huang. 

Various forms of education and training integrating IMNU's abundant educational resources, will be offered to veterans to promote the employment rate and entrepreneurship of the group in the region.
