Inner Mongolia Normal University held the 5th International Academic Forum on Literature Linguistics in Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on June 29.

Over 100 experts and academics from more than 60 universities and research institutes -- including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences -- participated in the event.

At the forum attendees summarized and reviewed the current research hotspots and frontier issues of literature linguistics.

The forum not only provided a platform for academic exchanges and cooperation between IMNU and other universities, but also held out the promise to improve the research level of IMNU's literature linguistics and other related fields.
