Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) set up job fair booths at Northeast Normal University in Changchun, Jilin province on May 19, with the goal of attracting more high-profile talents.

Nearly 100 people from more than 10 universities in Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang provinces, including Jilin University, attended the job fair to consult with potential employers and apply for jobs.

During the fair, IMNU department heads introduced the university's talent policies and scientific platforms.

Around 20 doctors showed interest in working at IMNU, and three of them signed letters of intent.

IMNU department heads also enhanced exchanges with other universities and colleges in the area and organized a number of research projects and investigations, laying a solid foundation for academic exchanges, resource sharing, and talent reserves.

This is the first time IMNU has participated in a job fair outside of Inner Mongolia since it traveled to Beijing Normal University. These efforts have helped improve IMNU’s recognition across the country and provided a foundation for building IMNU into a world-class comprehensive normal university known for its ethnic minority education with Chinese characteristics.
