In order to attract more high-level talents, Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region held a recruitment fair at Beijing Normal University in Beijing on April 20.

At the fair, employees from IMNU's 22 colleges communicated with over 100 high-level talents from Beijing University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Greece, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other countries. They discussed IMNU's current circumstances and relevant preferential policies.

In the end, more than 20 people with doctoral degrees expressed a desire to work at IMNU, with nine of them signing intention agreements.

This is IMNU's first high-level talent recruitment fair held outside Inner Mongolia, which laid a talent foundation for the further development of the university.
