Educational bases established at Qinshihuang's mausoleum site museum

Inner Mongolia Normal University(IMNU) and Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Museum agreed to establish bases for patriotism education and teaching practice, during vice-president Zhang Haifeng's visit to Xi'an, Shaanxi province on May 18.

Zhang Haifeng, and Tian Jing, vice-presidents of the museum attended the signing ceremony.

Wang Runlu, deputy Party secretary of the museum warmly welcomed the delegation from IMNU. He confirmed the long-term and stable relationships between the two sides.

Zhang expressed his gratitude to the museum's support of promoting patriotism education and teaching practice.

“The Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum plays a leading role in passing down the culture of Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC). Since the resumption of the college entrance examination, gaokao in 1977, IMNU has established close partnerships with the museum,”said Zhang, speaking at the ceremony.

He noted that the further cooperation between two sides will help preserve the traditional culture.

The two sides signed an agreement of establishing educational bases at Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Museum.

According to the agreement, IMNU's students could visit the museum for free and receive professional Qin culture knowledge.
