International Exchange College at Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) recently set up a practice base for foreign students to explore science at Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum.

Chen Yue, director of International Exchange College at IMNU, Zhu Wen, vice-curator of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum, and some 200 students and teachers from IMNU attended the unveiling ceremony.

"Foreign students at IMNU will get to experience technology that they may not have seen before," Chen said at the ceremony.

He added that the museum, with integrated and modern facilities, showcases the technological achievements of the past few years and will encourage interest in science and technology.

The museum, which opened in 1983, was one of the first science and technology museums in China. It continues to play an important role in promoting science and educating visitors.
